Mission
Most businesses keep their payments in one system and their customers in another, and spend their time reconciling the two. NORVIK exists to remove that gap: checkout software that handles currencies, fraud screening and tax calculation and routes each payment to a regulated payment partner, and a CRM that is filled by the checkout itself.
Vision
A business selling in forty countries should run on the same stack as one selling in one — published platform pricing, a clear statement for every payout the payment partner makes, and a single record for every customer, regardless of where they paid from or how.

Checkout software
A checkout in 135+ currencies and 20+ methods for customers in 45+ countries, with fraud screening before the payment partner authorises, tax calculation across 45+ jurisdictions, dispute tracking, live reporting and payout statements.

Merchant CRM
Every payment creates or updates a customer record. Orders, refunds, disputes, payout statements, notes and tasks live on the same record, with simple segments and CSV export for the rest of your tools.
- 03
Developer platform
A REST API, webhooks and SDKs for JavaScript, Python, PHP and Ruby. The CRM uses the same account, API and events as the checkout.

What NORVIK is — and is not
NORVIK LLC is a software company. Payments are processed by regulated payment providers with which you contract directly.
NORVIK provides

NORVIK does not
- Does not process, hold or transmit funds
- Does not provide banking, lending or currency exchange
- Is not a bank, payment institution or money transmitter
NORVIK is checkout and CRM software. Payment processing, currency conversion, custody of funds, settlement, payouts and any reserve are performed by regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners under their own terms. NORVIK never holds, transmits or settles funds.
