Privacy policy
How NORVIK LLC collects and uses personal data on this website and in the NORVIK software.
1. Who is responsible
NORVIK LLC, 215 Technology Way, Bowling Green, KY 42101, United States, is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at contact@norvik.club.
2. Visitors to this website
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. When you contact us through the form, your email application opens with a message addressed to us; we receive only what you send. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) to keep the site secure.
3. Merchants and their users
When you open an account we collect the information needed to set it up and to pass to the payment partner for its own onboarding: identity and contact details of the business and its representatives, and tax information. Bank details for payouts are collected and held by the payment partner under its own privacy terms. We use the data in our possession to provide the software, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and communicate with you.
4. Your customers' data, including the merchant CRM
Payments you accept generate data about your customers: name, email address, country, masked payment method, order amounts and the status of orders, refunds, disputes and payouts. This data populates the merchant CRM together with any notes and tasks you add.
We process this data on your behalf and on your instructions. You are responsible for your customers' data, for informing them and for responding to their requests. We use it only to provide the platform to you, to screen for fraud and to meet our legal obligations. Card data is handled by the payment partner's PCI DSS compliant processing; NORVIK does not store full card data.
5. Sharing
We share data with the regulated third-party payment providers and acquiring partners that process payments, hold funds and make payouts (NORVIK itself never does), with service providers that host our infrastructure, and with authorities when the law requires. We do not sell personal data.
6. Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with 256-bit AES. We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet financial record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Write to contact@norvik.club. If you are the customer of a merchant using NORVIK, please contact that merchant first; we will assist them in responding.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page. See also our cookie policy.
